成膜乳液，耐磨性、抗划伤性、流平性、耐揉搓性、附着力、耐水均优异。对多种塑料基材均有良好的附着牢度。
Self film forming, good abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, leveling, rubbing endurance, adhesion, and excellent water resistance.It has good adhesion fastness to a variety of plastic substrates.

用途Application
　适用于塑料基材水性柔版油墨和凹版墨的印刷调配。
